Job Summary
Senior Associate, Supply Chain & Logistics supports day-to-day Retail supply chain and logistics execution for Target and future retail accounts, tracks production readiness, shipment timing, logistics milestones and retailer DC requirements, coordinates with cross-functional teams, maintains operational trackers, supports issue resolution, and helps prepare inputs for weekly/ monthly review meetings. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, detail-oriented and proactive communication across Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Planning, Finance, and Business Operations are required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, procurement, production planning, retail operations, CPG operations, consulting, or related field
- Experience managing trackers, operational data, shipment details, inventory, POs, production milestones, or cross-functional project plans
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort with operational data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize issues clearly and drive follow-up
- Experience in CPG, food, grocery, or manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
- BA/BS preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
