Job Summary
Process incoming invoices using Ariba systems and support internal and external audit requests while assisting with AP month-end close duties. Liaise with business units to educate them on Accounts Payable requirements and processes, then respond quickly to client inquiries or concerns. Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements to enhance service quality. This role requires 5–9 years of experience, knowledge of SAP (Ariba, S4 Hana), and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- 5-9 years experience
- Accounts Payable experience
- Knowledge of accounting concepts
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of SAP (Ariba, S4 Hana, GUI)
- Excel
- Word
- Occasional overtime will be required
