Job Summary
Senior Associate, Subcontractor Relationships responsible for supporting onboarding, engagement, risk management, and strategic relationship development of trade partners nationwide within HITT’s Legal & Compliance team. Key duties include acting as a subject matter resource for Operations on subcontractor engagement, developing and leading engagement initiatives (including compliance, safety, insurance, and operational dashboards), assisting with supply chain risk management, maintaining subcontractor data and reporting, analyzing performance and risk data, building cross-functional partnerships, and supporting special projects. Requires strong analytical, data management, and communication skills; personable, collaborative, and able to work across departments. Based at HITT headquarters in Falls Church, VA, with nationwide project support. Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred. Required Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in construction risk management, subcontractor management, supply chain management, construction operations, or project management preferred
