Job Summary
Build and maintain complex financial and analytical models, including monthly forecasts and long-term financial planning. Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business operations, surface actionable insights from KPIs, and conduct deep dives on strategic levers. Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process while delivering monthly and quarterly reporting to senior management and preparing quarterly board materials. Lead initiatives on automation and process improvement for financial reporting. This high-visibility role reports to the Director, Strategic Finance, offering significant impact on organizational priorities within a US-based health-tech platform backed by top VCs.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in management consulting or investment banking, or FP&A at a high-growth startup
- Proven mastery of Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience building 3-statement financial models
- Experience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts
- Experience providing financial analysis for strategic multi-year forecasts
- Experience providing financial analysis for annual budgets
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience developing and delivering presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivation with proven ability to work independently and autonomously with multiple functional areas
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker) a plus
