Job Summary
Senior Associate in Strat Comms delivers client-specific content and strategic recommendations by synthesizing political, regulatory, commercial, and reputational developments into actionable insights. Responsibilities include producing high-quality client deliverables (strategy presentations, memos, talking points, and key messages), supporting firm initiatives, and expanding client-facing roles while collaborating across teams. Requires strong writing and information-presentation skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and an ambition to grow into a strategic advisory/leadership role. Hybrid work arrangement with minimum 3 days in-office in New York, NY or Washington, DC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent and relevant work experience
- 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in crisis management or crisis communications
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and MS Office tools
- Excellent presentation, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with proactive networking and stakeholder engagement
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative, solution-oriented problem-solving skills
