Job Summary
Senior Associate – Strat Comms US provides support for complex client engagements by combining strong writing, analytical rigor, and sound judgement to develop client-specific communications, strategic recommendations, and stakeholder engagement materials. The role involves increasingly client-facing responsibilities, collaboration across teams, and contributing to strategy development through research and actionable insights. Responsibilities include producing high-quality deliverables (strategy presentations, memos, talking points, key messages, etc.), applying advanced MS Office skills, and strengthening professional judgment while growing toward a strategic advisory and leadership trajectory. The position is based in New York, NY or Washington, DC (hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in-office).
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in crisis management or crisis communications (consultancy or in-house)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and MS Office tools
- Excellent presentation, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; proactive networking and stakeholder engagement
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative, solution-oriented problem-solving skills
