Job Summary
Lead a team of professionals, manage daily operational workflows, and oversee resource allocation to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines. Monitor team performance against key performance indicators, provide regular feedback and coaching, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. Collaborate with senior management to execute strategic initiatives, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and act as a point of escalation for complex issues. Prepare reports on team performance and project status for management while participating in talent acquisition and training new members. This role supports GlobeOp India's delivery of services and projects in line with organizational goals within the financial services and healthcare technology sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Computer Science)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a professional work environment
- At least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team to achieve targets and objectives
- Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management software, industry-specific applications)
