Job Summary
Senior Associate, Specialist Platform-Wealth leads Business Analysis across Wealth Management, Investment, and Insurance domains at DBS. Responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements, producing functional specifications and user stories, and translating business needs into technical designs. Collaborates with product owners, technology teams, and stakeholders to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. Performs business-process analysis for Wealth Management, Investment products (e.g., Mutual Funds, bonds) and Banca offerings; supports testing strategies and quality assurance, ensures adherence to regulatory frameworks, and contributes to the end-to-end product lifecycle and data-driven decision-making. Requires a Bachelor's degree and proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Location: Mumbai. Schedule: Regular, Full time.
