Job Summary
Lead end-to-end sourcing events using Coupa CSO to craft complex tenders, e-Auctions, and award scenarios that maximize value. Run workshops to optimize knowledge delivery, mentor junior staff, and manage project timelines with rigorous risk controls. Stay current on Coupa innovations, including AI, analytics, and integrations with CLM and Spend Analysis, to help clients map their digital sourcing futures. Collaborate with diverse global teams within the Centre of Excellence to shape procurement strategy. Requires 2+ years in international procurement, strong sourcing strategy expertise, and proven experience with advanced platforms like Trade Extensions or Jaggaer ASO.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in international procurement organisations
- Knowledgeable about sourcing/procurement processes with a strong understanding of sourcing strategy, supplier evaluation and negotiation
- Proven experience using Coupa Sourcing Optimisation or other advanced sourcing optimisation platforms (e.g. Trade Extensions, Keelvar, Jaggaer ASO)
- Experienced in designing/managing large or complex global sourcing projects
- Location: Anywhere in vibrant South Africa
