Job Summary
Senior Associate, Software Engineering role focused on driving design, development, integration, delivery, and evolution of highly scalable distributed software. You will collaborate with software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams to deliver high-quality features through the agile software development lifecycle, coach and mentor engineers, manage technical debt and vulnerabilities in third-party components, and address customer needs with secure, scalable solutions in domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, Networking Solutions, and more. The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, effective communication with customers and teams, and the ability to frame problems and guide timely decisions. This position includes opportunities to grow and certify across major platforms and participate in a discretionary bonus program and comprehensive benefits. Your background should include 1+ years in relevant areas, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (or Master Certified Technical Specialist). For US roles, compensation ranges from $73,440 to $139,680 annually depending on geography, skills, and experience; additional location-based ranges apply. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years skilled in one or more of the following areas: Application Development, Data Platform, Security, Application Integration, Data Engineering, Server Systems, Packaged Application Implementation, Business Analysis, Network Systems, or Storage Systems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- And/or Master Certified Technical Specialist
- Experience with Agile software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of designing and delivering highly available, secure, distributed software
