Senior Associate Scientist in Protein Expression Sciences performing high-throughput molecular biology techniques including PCR, cloning and DNA isolation; operating and troubleshooting automated protocols on systems such as Hamilton Robotics and HighRes Biosolutions; seeding and transfecting CHO transient cell lines on automated platform; data recording in ELN and LIMS; requires BS with 2+ years of lab experience or MS in Molecular Biology/Cellular Biology/Biology; experience with PCR, DNA sequencing, mutagenesis, plasmid subcloning, and mammalian cell transfection; familiarity with automated liquid handlers and high-throughput assays is a plus; on-site role in Tarrytown, NY.
