Job Summary
Develop assays to enable high-throughput oligonucleotide library screenings and execute screenings of hundreds to thousands of candidate molecules. Perform cell culture optimization, bDNA, RT-qPCR, cell line generation, and transfection optimization, including probe design, compatibility tests, and western blot analysis. Utilize automated or semi-automated processes with liquid handlers and instruments such as KingFisher and QuantStudio while independently refining techniques. Multi-task across shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of industrial experience.
