Job Summary
Senior Associate Scientist in Immuno-Oncology to develop and evaluate novel bispecific antibody therapeutics for solid tumor indications. Execute well-designed in vivo studies (mouse handling, dosing via IP/IV/subcutaneous; blood/tissue collection) and perform ex vivo immune profiling (flow cytometry, ELISA, MSD) to characterize pharmacodynamic response and mechanism of action. Process tissues for immune cell isolation and downstream analysis; generate high-quality, well-documented datasets for internal reports supporting program advancement. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure experimental design aligns with program needs and present findings in group and cross-functional meetings. Requires a B.S./M.S. with 2-3 years of oncology/immunology experience; experience with mouse models, cell culture, flow cytometry, and/or immunoassays; strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team. This role is based on-site in Tarrytown, NY, with Regeneron’s commitment to an inclusive culture and scientifically rigorous work leading toward clinical advancement.
Required Qualifications
- B.S./M.S. with 2-3 years of relevant experience in oncology, immunology, or related field
- Experience with mouse handling and in vivo tumor models strongly preferred
- Experience with cell culture, flow cytometry, and/or immunoassays (ELISA, MSD) highly desired
- Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality data with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills and clear communication of scientific findings
