Job Summary
Senior Associate of Benefits and Content Marketing for Chase Sapphire to translate complex card benefits into differentiated value propositions, build benefit playbooks and QA processes, manage and ensure messaging fidelity across paid, owned and earned channels, collaborate cross-functionally with social, email, digital, external communications and creator assets, review content for accuracy and regulatory compliance, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to drive customer engagement and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years in marketing for a consumer brand
- Proven ability to build relationships in a matrixed organization
- Experience managing creative agencies including negotiating scopes of work, delivering feedback, and receiving on-time deliverables
- Proactive and results-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Exceptional communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
