Job Summary
Senior Associate to join SAP Supply Chain Transformation practice, focusing on Transportation Management and Warehouse Management. Responsibilities include supporting client engagements to design and implement SAP TM, SAP WMS/EWM, and related logistics solutions; contributing to project execution across assessment, design, build, test, and deploy; analyzing current and future-state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities; translating operational improvements into CFO-relevant metrics; participating in design workshops and solution demonstrations; assisting with proposal development and business development activities; collaborating with onshore and offshore teams; and traveling as required. Must have at least three years of experience in transportation management and/or warehouse/distribution operations, hands-on SAP TM/WMS/EWM exposure, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of recent experience in transportation management and/or warehouse/distribution operations, in industry and/or consulting.
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM), SAP WMS, and/or SAP EWM in support or implementation roles.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Operations Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop technical SAP skills, including system configuration analysis, solution design support, and demo development.
- Experience supporting or participating in process design workshops and client-facing discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
