Senior Associate, SAP Supply Chain - EWM

Job Summary
Lead and support end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, including requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live/post-go-live support. Configure and optimize complex SAP EWM processes (inbound/outbound processing, internal movements, physical inventory, wave/task management, cross-docking, labor management, RF framework). Conduct client workshops to understand current-state warehouse operations and recommend fit-to-standard SAP EWM solutions. Ensure robust integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules and third-party automation/MFS. Develop and execute test scripts (unit, integration, UAT), provide post-go-live hyper-care, and support data migration and cutover readiness. Collaborate with functional, technical, and offshore teams; mentor junior consultants on SAP EWM best practices. Maintain integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Three to five years of hands-on consulting experience specializing in SAP EWM
- Minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP EWM implementations
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM deployments (Embedded and/or Decentralized)
- Exposure to warehouse automation (conveyors, AS/RS, robotics) and SAP MFS
- Strong configuration knowledge of SAP EWM (Decentralized and Embedded within S/4HANA)
- Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP TM (preferred)
- Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, supply chain logistics, and distribution center operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
