Senior Associate, SAP Supply Chain - EWM

Job Summary
Lead and support end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, including requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live/post–go-live support. Configure and optimize complex SAP EWM processes (inbound/outbound, internal warehouse movements, physical inventory, wave and task management, cross-docking, labor management, RF framework). Conduct client workshops and design sessions to understand current-state warehouse operations, identify gaps, and recommend fit-to-standard SAP EWM solutions aligned with leading practices. Ensure robust integration between SAP EWM and other core SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, TM) as well as third-party automation/MFS. Develop and execute test scripts (unit, integration, UAT); provide post-go-live hyper-care and resolve defects; support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live readiness. Collaborate with functional, technical, and offshore teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery; mentor junior consultants on SAP EWM best practices. Travel as needed and uphold professional conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Three to five years of hands-on consulting experience specializing in SAP EWM
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM deployments
- Exposure to warehouse automation (conveyors, AS/RS, robotics)
- Strong configuration knowledge of SAP EWM
- Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP MM/SD/PP/TM and MFS
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
