Job Summary

Senior Associate, Salesforce Technical Consultant at PwC Canada leading design, build, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions. You’ll deliver high-quality solutions using a configuration-first approach and determine when to configure versus customize. Design and develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools, translate business requirements into technical designs, and build integrations, automation, and data models to support end-to-end service workflows. You’ll contribute to solution architecture discussions, technical estimates, delivery planning, and release readiness, while supporting testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization. Collaborate within cross-functional delivery teams in an agile consulting environment. Required qualifications include 2+ years of software development, 1+ years of Salesforce experience, Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Administrator), expertise with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, data modeling and security, healthcare/public sector, or regulated environments, familiarity with integration patterns and external systems in enterprise environments, and the mandatory security clearance for Canada.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of software development experience
  • 1+ years of Salesforce platform experience
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Administrator
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce
  • Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing
  • Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and external systems in enterprise environments
  • Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and diverse delivery teams
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and working solutions
  • Enablement of testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization activities
  • Understanding of SDLC best practices
  • Security clearance is mandatory for assignments in Canada
