Job Summary
Senior Associate Salesforce Administrator (L2) to own day-to-day configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce instance within Revenue Operations. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to scale processes, reduce technical debt, and boost operational productivity. Serve as the go-to expert for declarative development, delivering clean configuration, robust automation, and strict data hygiene while collaborating with developers and architects on advanced initiatives. Key tasks include platform administration and security (OWD, user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules), core CRM maintenance (Sales/Service Cloud objects, fields, layouts, validation rules), UI customization (Lightning App Builder, lightning record pages, dynamic forms), org health monitoring, advanced flow design (screen flows, record-triggered flows, scheduled flows, autolaunched flows), legacy migration to Flow, business logic (approval processes, notifications, complex formulas, roll-up summaries), reporting and analytics (dashboards, custom report types, data hygiene with Data Loader), data governance, deployment management (sandbox refreshes, UAT, deployment via Change Sets and modern tooling), tier-2 support, enablement (training, SOPs in Confluence), and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3–4 years of Salesforce administration experience, expertise with Sales Cloud, Flow Builder, Data Loader, reporting, security, and familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices and relevant integrations. Certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201). Preferred experience with CPQ/Billing/Revenue Cloud, Apex/LWC basics, AppExchange packages, and agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience within a mid-to-large scale instance.
- Sales Cloud (Service Cloud is a plus).
- Flow Builder proficiency (advanced).
- Data Loader and bulk data operations experience.
- Reporting and analytics skills (matrix/joined reports, custom report types).
- Experience with deployment tools and environments (Change Sets, CI/CD tools).
- Security model mastery (OWD, object-level, field-level).
- Apex/LWC knowledge (read-level).
- Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier).
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD deployment tools (Gearset, Copado, SFDX/CLI).
- Experience with AppExchange packages (e.g., DocuSign, LeanData, Gong, Outreach, DemandTools).
- Agile/Scrum with Jira and Confluence.
