Job Summary
Oversee monthly contract-to-system-to-charge reconciliations and review commission rate changes for compliance. Investigate mismatches, quantify exposure, and drive remediation while maintaining audit-ready documentation. Partner with Engineering to refine reconciliation data views and identify control gaps for process improvements. Present control results and risk findings to Finance and Internal Audit across multiple geographies. This role operates as a key SOX revenue control within Sales Strategy & Operations, reporting to the Senior Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in external audit (Big 4 preferred), internal audit, or SOX compliance
- experience testing or operating revenue-related controls
- understand revenue recognition and order-to-cash processes
- highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
- working knowledge of SQL or experience partnering with data teams
- strong attention to detail and enjoy investigating data discrepancies
- comfortable owning a recurring control and interacting directly with auditors
- organized, process-driven, and thrive in a controlled environment
