The role involves onsite work 5 days a week, with typical wealth-management responsibilities and opportunities to engage in multidisciplinary planning. The position offers a generous total rewards package including base salary, bonuses, commissions, stock where applicable, and comprehensive benefits. A base salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 (CAD) is noted, with potential discretionary incentive pay up to 1.0x base, and a strong emphasis on client-first service, integrity, collaboration, respect, and excellence.
