Job Summary
As a Senior Associate in RSM’s Risk and Controls Practice, you will engage with clients on identifying and prioritizing risks, developing executive presence, and fostering client relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, preparing and reviewing client reports, managing budgets, and supporting multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 2 years in audit or related control positions, is required. Ideal candidates will also have proficiency in professional writing and familiarity with data analytics tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or related business discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit, internal audit, or related internal control positions
- Ability to travel to meet client needs and work collaboratively with others in-person and remotely
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in professional writing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools
- Exposure to data analytics tools
