Job Summary
As a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Risk Consulting (Insurance) practice, you will lead teams in addressing clients' needs, providing subject-matter expertise in risk consulting strategies and internal controls. Responsibilities include managing the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, conducting risk assessments, supporting multiple client projects, and actively contributing to internal initiatives. You are expected to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and establish relationships with both clients and internal management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business, accounting, engineering or related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the insurance industry
- Experience with leading projects across the three lines of defense
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools
- Ability to travel to meet client needs
- Established experience in the financial services industry with a focus on insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Job relevant certification (e.g., ARM, CRM, CPA, CIA, CFE, PMP) preferred
