Job Summary
Senior Associate on Vestwell’s Retirement Plan Administration (RPA) team performing year-end testing for DC plans, answering client service questions on retirement plan subjects, assisting with plan terminations and EPCRS corrections, and providing consulting services to sponsors and advisors. The role requires applying expertise in qualified plan rules and IRS regulations, collaborating across cross-functional teams to improve workstreams and ensure client compliance. QKA certifications are required, and the position is based in one of Vestwell’s hybrid in-office offices in New York City, Austin, King of Prussia, or Scottsdale.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of Retirement Plan Administration experience
- Experience in Retirement Plan Administration for Qualified Plans, including IQPA audits
- Exceptional understanding of plan administration, compliance testing and IRS regulations
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail & organization
- Passion for helping people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & G Suite
- Proven ability to think analytically & operate independently within set deadlines
- Team player
- Shows ownership and initiative in all aspects of work
