Senior Associate, Retention Marketing

Job Summary
Execute and optimize multi-channel retention campaigns across email, mail, SMS, app, web, call center, and IVR while developing test-and-learn strategies to reduce churn and support medication adherence. Collaborate with product, analytics, clinical, operations, pharmacy, and channel teams to refine messaging, ensure brand consistency, and integrate member feedback into next-best-action logic and journey mapping. Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions and contribute to agile pod operations including sprint planning and backlog grooming. Operate on Eastern Standard Time with occasional travel required; work from a dedicated space ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lifecycle, onboarding, or customer engagement marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to inform marketing strategies and drive performance
- Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
- Download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps
- Dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
- Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, senior services, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with agile marketing methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
- Exposure to NBA (Next Best Action) engines, customer data platforms (CDPs), or journey orchestration technologies such as Adobe Experience Platform or Pega
