Job Summary
Lead strategic and innovative solutions for complex planning and resource management issues across renewables, extraction, and infrastructure projects. Deliver technical expertise, project management, and reporting writing to help clients solve challenges and achieve goals. Work with stakeholders including business, iwi, District and Regional Councils, and Central Government to shape nation-building initiatives. Create compelling reports, recommendations, and assessments while navigating New Zealand regulations and environmental guidelines. Join a team of specialists with hybrid working flexibility across eight offices.
Required Qualifications
- planning or environmental science-related degree
- minimum of 8+ years' experience in a resource management planning or environmental science-related field
- solid understanding of how to work within New Zealand regulation and environmental guidelines (including RMA and FTAA legislation)
- experience or working on a diverse range of projects
- project management skills
- strong report writing skills
- ability to create appropriate reports, recommendations, and assessments in a compelling way
- legal right to work in New Zealand
