Job Summary
Manage major gifts portfolios and prospect pipelines in CRM systems, tracking donor movement through identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline reports, dashboards, and portfolio analyses while conducting preliminary donor research and briefing documents. Support the Women's Leadership Board by developing internal relationships, planning educational programs, and coordinating activities among staff and lay leaders. Develop project plans, timelines, and tracking systems to ensure operational efficiency and accountability throughout the donor lifecycle. Schedule donor meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate records and donor files. Assist with budget tracking, proposal management, and gift documentation as needed. This role is critical to maintaining accountability and freeing frontline fundraisers to cultivate donors. You will serve as a central coordinator for Women's Leadership Board programs and institute major gift initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, nonprofit operations, project management, donor relations, sales support, customer relationship management, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong project management abilities with demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Willing and able to work outside of standard working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends, when necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting major gifts fundraising, development, advancement, fundraising, or donor relations programs
- Familiarity with fundraising databases and moves management methodology
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, or donor analytics
- Knowledge of prospect research and donor engagement best practices
