Job Summary
Senior Associate – Reporting & Analytics at JLL: Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making; own end-to-end reporting processes from data extraction to distribution; ensure data accuracy and governance; analyze trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations; deliver executive-ready dashboards and reporting packs with clear storytelling; automate recurring reporting workflows using BI automation, low-/no-code AI tools, and AI for summarization and anomaly detection; collaborate with stakeholders across a global real estate organization; hybrid on-site in Manila/Taguig, Philippines with at least 2 days in the office; requires 6–8 years of BI/analytics experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 6 - 8 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Experience with SharePoint development or M365 integration — building intranet pages, list-based workflows, or embedding reports within the M365 ecosystem
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Business acumen: ability to understand operational context and translate metrics into decisions
- Self-motivated; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines
- Track record of mentoring or guiding junior analysts on execution and business context
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant narratives for non-technical audiences
- Experience in a global company working across cultures is preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite reporting
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience with SQL for data extraction
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis or report generation (e.g., ChatGPT, MS Copilot)
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx) and enterprise data warehouses or cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
- Mentoring or guiding junior analysts
- Global company experience preferred
- Power BI, Tableau, Excel proficiency
- SharePoint development or M365 integration
- Executive scorecards and board-level materials experience (Nice to Have)
