Job Summary
Senior Associate, Reporting & Analytics at JLL is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making; owning end-to-end reporting processes from data extraction to distribution; ensuring data accuracy and governance; analyzing performance and translating data into clear insights; delivering executive-ready dashboards and narrative reporting; automating recurring reporting workflows using BI automation and low-/no-code AI tools; leveraging AI to assist with data summarization, anomaly detection, and storytelling; communicating analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders; identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and scalability; collaborating with stakeholders across the organization; mentoring junior analysts; and applying strong business acumen and communication skills across a global, cross-cultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Experience with SharePoint development or M365 integration
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Business acumen and ability to translate metrics into decisions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences
- Experience working in a global company across cultures preferred
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction
- Experience with AI tools for data analysis or report generation (e.g., ChatGPT, MS Copilot)
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx) for data preparation and workflow automation
- Experience with enterprise data warehouses or cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS)
