Senior Associate, Relationship Manager in Credit Program for SME/Business Banking within the DBS India Pune location. Responsibilities include sourcing New to Bank Asset relationships in IBG4 up to turnover targets, cross-selling Asset, Trade, Cash, and Treasury products, ensuring renewals and delinquencies, due diligence on onboarding, maintaining portfolio monitoring, liaising with risk and operations, and delivering revenue in line with lending policies. Build DBS Brand Value and enhance network in the location through marketing activities and collaborations. Ensure adherence to KYC/AML requirements and provide MIS reporting to central teams. Maintain strong client relationships and stay updated on market practice and local intelligence. To comply with the Bank’s processes and policies, with a focus on achieving Topline and Bottom line targets for IBG4 and a diversified portfolio.
