Job Summary
Senior Associate Recruiter supporting Strategy, Corporate Development, and Corporate Responsibility. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, including sourcing passive candidates, assessing fit, advising on hiring decisions, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. You’ll build and maintain proactive pipelines for near- and long-term needs, present recruiting updates to senior client groups, influence decisions with stakeholders, coordinate interviews, and own offer negotiation and end-to-end offer management in partnership with HR and Compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a recruiter in-house or within a talent acquisition agency
