Job Summary
Process, issue, reconcile, and archive all GxP documentation while maintaining the company-wide Electronic Document Management System, MasterControl. Serve as the primary SME for Documentation Change Controls and lead the Records Management and Training department as it grows. Implement corrective actions from Quality Events, participate in internal and external audits, and maintain 95–100% training compliance. Act as a System Administrator for Records Management systems and deliver required training sessions to all attendees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or software documentation and Records Management
- Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Healthy analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience training co-workers and other personnel to assist in team growth and development
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with eDMS, MasterControl preferred
