Senior Associate- Real Estate Finance

Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and related documentation for real estate and infrastructure finance transactions. Manage transaction workstreams including completion periods, timelines, and closing processes. Support structured real estate financings, development financings, and portfolio transactions while assisting with infrastructure projects across transport, decarbonisation, and digital sectors. Liaise with clients, lenders, sponsors, and internal teams to facilitate complex, high-value deals. Contribute to business development activities including pitches and credentials.
