Job Summary
Prepare and manage technical quotations for chemicals, consumables, equipment, instruments, and services by interpreting specifications and translating them into accurate commercial proposals. Collaborate with sales, product management, and internal teams to configure solutions based on customer requirements, while communicating effectively with clients to clarify needs and provide pre-sales technical support. Maintain quotation records, ensure compliance with pricing policies and commercial terms, and assist in tender documentation and proposal submissions. Stay updated on product developments, pricing changes, and market trends to support lead generation projects and reach specific targets.
Required Qualifications
- fluency in English
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Biotechnology, Analytical chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical quotation roles or related field
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., C4C, SAP)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in international quotation or tender processes
- Knowledge of international quotation standards and regulatory compliance
- Ability to manage multiple quotation requests under tight deadlines
- Experience working in a multilingual or multicultural environment
