Job Summary
Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic travel initiatives by developing execution plans, mapping dependencies across Tech, Design, Marketing, and external partners, and removing blockers to ensure timely launches. Lead delivery prep meetings, facilitate go/no-go decisions, and maintain systemized status reporting to Product and Tech leadership while championing well-managed processes for risk and compliance. Execute hands-on test scenarios, provide lift to dev teams, and steward documentation to support onboarding and collaboration. This Travel Delivery Lead role within Capital One Travel's digital-first organization focuses on transforming how customers book travel through cross-functional collaboration and innovative feature rollouts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
- At least 2 years of experience with Google Suite products
- At least 2 years of experience leading technology delivery projects
- Has knowledge and previous experience utilizing project management tools and techniques (Jira)
Desired Qualifications
- Masters or MBA degree
- 4+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
