Job Summary
Coordinate defined projects and significant workstreams by developing integrated plans with milestones, dependencies, and resource assumptions. Drive routine execution cadence, analyze variances, and coordinate recovery actions with senior leadership. Facilitate risk reviews, maintain mitigation and change records, and prepare concise status materials identifying required decisions. Manage forecasts, actuals, and resource information while building credibility through transparent communication and reliable follow-through. Apply project management standards, contribute lessons learned, and drive process improvements. This on-site role in Lake Forest, CA, supports Alcon's mission to enhance sight through innovative eye care solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
