Job Summary
Senior Associate, Project Management for Operational Data and Performance will oversee onboarding of sites into operational applications and reporting systems, manage data-related issue resolution across multiple teams, and drive performance initiatives at both site and fleet levels to support production and financial targets. The role utilizes PM tools and methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum) and platforms (Trello, Jira, Microsoft Planner, AirTable) to plan and execute milestones; requires proactive stakeholder collaboration with engineering, operations, IT, and asset management; involves some travel and an office-based work arrangement. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/business, 3+ years in renewable energy, and strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 is a plus; familiarity with SQL and BI tools is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the renewable energy sector
- Minimum 3 years’ leading initiatives for performance improvement across multiple teams and departments
- Master’s degree can substitute for 2 years of work experience (alternative qualification)
- Experience managing complex multi-faceted projects with multiple deliverables, dependencies, and timelines
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum)
- Proficiency with PM tools (Trello, Jira, Microsoft Planner, AirTable)
- Ability to work independently and with diverse stakeholders across functions and locations
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 certification a plus
- Familiarity with databases (SQL) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Familiarity with programming languages (JavaScript, Python)
