Job Summary
Senior Associate - Project Lead to guide a large multidisciplinary design team from concept through construction on a landmark Brisbane project. Lead design management, maintain design integrity, mentor emerging leaders, and build trusted client partnerships. Requires a registered architect with significant experience leading large-scale projects, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency in Revit and modern digital workflows. Hybrid work arrangement in Brisbane with a focus on delivering design excellence and coordinating across architecture, landscape, interior, and urban design disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Registered architect
- Experience leading large-scale multidisciplinary teams (20+ people)
- Strong design management and coordination skills
- Proficiency with Revit and modern collaborative digital workflows
- Experience with Design & Construct delivery and ECI
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
