Job Summary
Senior Project Architect leading architectural design and documentation for hotel projects from site planning through construction; serves as liaison between design teams, consultants, and contractors; mentors internal staff; oversees construction administration, shop drawing reviews, site visits, and QA/QC; ensures compliance with codes, ADA, and energy-efficient systems; requires licensed architect with 10+ years’ experience, strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in hospitality developments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Active Architectural License
- 10+ years of experience in architecture
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Experience with hospitality/hotel development
- Knowledge of building codes, ADA, life safety
- Experience managing design and construction phases
