Job Summary
Role: Drive European programmes for SE3’s autonomous systems and Spatial AI capability in the defence sector. Own opportunities across Europe from identification to award; build commercial positioning and institutional relationships with European militaries and industry partners; coordinate technical and commercial proposals with engineering, legal, and finance; manage pipeline accuracy, probability of award, and reporting to leadership; develop costing, pricing, and competitive positioning for bids. Required to hold a degree, have defence procurement/public sector experience, travel across Europe, demonstrate strong analytical writing and interaction with senior stakeholders, and be fluent in German and English; security clearance eligibility is needed. Required Qualifications
- A degree in business, engineering, political science, international relations, or an adjacent discipline; a postgraduate qualification is welcome
- Professional experience across defence procurement, public-sector strategy consulting, business development in the public sector
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and into other strategic markets where SE3 is pursuing opportunities
- Strong analytical writer and confident operator with senior counterparts, able to prepare, present, and follow through with credibility
- Native-level German and full professional fluency in English, in both written and spoken form
- Eligible to obtain and hold the security clearance required for this role
