Job Summary
Senior Associate, Programmatic at WPP Media focuses on owning end-to-end trafficking and campaign setup for programmatic campaigns, monitoring delivery and pacing, and generating dashboards with commentary and optimization insights. You will collaborate with the Client Growth team and agency partners, apply AI to improve efficiency, and manage digital ad campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 1-2 years of digital media experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. The position operates in a hybrid setup with in-office presence about four days a week in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years professional experience with digital marketing agency, ad network or other digital media company
- Experience managing digital ad campaigns across various channels
- Applied knowledge of 3rd party ad serving, website tracking and associated technologies
- Understanding of programmatic buying, including DSPs/SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, DMPs, audience targeting will be a bonus
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
