Job Summary
Senior Associate Production is responsible for manufacturing/processing product to customer specifications using GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards. Duties include minimizing downtime, reducing product loss, maximizing recovery, coordinating with maintenance for equipment uptime, ensuring calibration of instruments, operating according to SOPs with emphasis on CCPs, coordinating with the milk pre-process section for milk supply and quality, maintaining hygiene in operating and packing areas, keeping logs and reports (production, stocks, deviations, break-downs), reporting abnormalities to TA, CIP of equipment per CIP regime, and implementing EMS/OSHAS policies; also performing miscellaneous duties as assigned and upholding company culture and care for partners.
Required Qualifications
- B. Tech/ M. Tech Dairy Technology, Food Technology
- 1 to 5 Years of experience
- Good exposure to plant automation
- Detailed knowledge of process and safety interlocks of plant
- GMP, HACCP and ISO knowledge
- High degree of interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player
- Multitasking
