Senior Associate, Product, Direct Credit

Job Summary
Manage assigned products through the product lifecycle, focusing on fundraising and investor relations within the Direct Credit investment platform. Support the Platform Specialist by completing and reviewing RFPs, DDQs, and due diligence documents for new business opportunities. Develop and maintain marketing materials, sales collateral, and standard responses while communicating key updates to global sales and client teams. Delegate client service tasks, address complex inquiries as a subject matter expert, and supervise junior team members by providing feedback and training. Participate in client and prospect meetings alongside senior leaders to facilitate fundraising efforts.
Required Qualifications
- College degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.)
- Minimum of 7 years working experience in financial services in either an investor relations or product management role
- Must have experience working directly with clients and client teams
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- Highly motivated and organized, detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing up across multiple senior members of the team
- Ability to manage through dynamic workload and leverage resources to meet deadlines
- Understanding of project/process management in leveraging both junior and senior resources to complete projects and tasks
- Proactively identify challenges and find solutions leveraging available resources
- An independent contributor comfortable with crafting accurate responses without significant oversight
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to operate in a fast-pace and deadline-driven environment where priorities often change
- Delegate and supervise client service tasks
- Address complex client inquiries as a subject matter expert
- Review responses composed by junior product staff
- Supervisory responsibility of junior team members covering assigned platform/products
- This includes delegating tasks, providing feedback, and contributing to training and development
