Job Summary
Lead and support procurement consulting engagements from discovery through implementation, conducting spend analysis and diagnostics to identify cost-saving opportunities. Develop category strategies, supplier management frameworks, and governance models while performing market research and supporting RFP/RFI development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess processes, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and prepare executive-level presentations for client delivery. Coach junior consultants and contribute to proposal development within a global team leveraging AI-powered platforms to drive procurement transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or consulting environments

- Strong understanding of procurement practices, technologies, and market trends
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Strong project management capabilities

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA
