Job Summary
Senior-Associate, Portfolio Valuation at Kroll focusing on valuation advisory for illiquid investments across asset classes. Develop comprehensive financial models (DCF, market multiples, option pricing) and conduct valuation analyses for a diverse portfolio. Engage with clients through face-to-face interviews, collaborate with teams to gather data, strengthen client relationships, and present findings via reports and oral communication. Leverage knowledge of energy, infrastructure, and alternative assets; utilize MS Office and market data tools (Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ). Requires a Bachelor's/Master's in Finance/Accounting/Economics or MBA with at least 2 years of post-grad valuation-modeling experience; experience in energy/infrastructure preferred; strong analytical, verbal, and written skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA
- At least 2 years of post-graduate professional experience in constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models including DCF, market approach, commodity contracts/forecasts, and other contingent claim analysis
- Energy and Infrastructure knowledge and/or experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ
