Job Summary
The Senior Associate - Platform Support is responsible for providing effective and timely support to customers of Refinitiv Data Platform (RDP) by resolving inquiries, logging calls in the CRM system, managing the resolution process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires strong customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and the ability to communicate effectively. A relevant degree and experience in customer service or financial IT are essential.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or a related discipline in information technology, financial markets, or equivalent technical qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or contact center environment preferred
- Previous experience in the financial or IT industry is desirable
- Comfortability around remote troubleshooting on a desktop/server level environment
- Expert understanding of relevant Refinitiv products and data
- Good problem management, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to undertake additional projects and responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of APIs and programming languages such as Python
- Knowledge of desktop and enterprise infrastructure/offerings (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS)
- Linux/DOS based application knowledge
