Job Summary
Senior Associate, Planning responsible for supporting and executing omnichannel media strategies across TV, Print, Radio, Digital, OOH, and Emerging Media. Build mastery of planning tools and media math, develop tactical components of media plans (flow charts, spreadsheets, budget summaries), and maintain strong client, vendor, and internal team relationships to ensure effective campaign creation and implementation. Craft strategic POVs on media partner offerings, use syndicated research to identify category trends and insights, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration. Requires 1+ years of media planning or buying experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to learn proprietary tools; familiarity with third-party market research and tools such as MediaTools, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, eTelmar, MRI Simmons, comScore, and eMarketer is preferred. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of media planning or buying experience
- Proficient knowledge of basic planning principles and media math
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary tools and processes
- Experience with third-party market research and cloud-based collaboration tools such as MediaTools, Prisma/MBOX, DCM, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, eTelmar, MRI Simmons, comScore, eMarketer, SharePoint (preferred)
