Job Summary
Senior Associate, Payroll Integration within EY's UK Payroll Operate team. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and solve problems using a range of technology skills; configure automated payroll data integrations; define transformation strategies and transform payroll data management models; support delivery of EY technology assets to clients under a managed service model; translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide solution design across global delivery teams; manage projects, build inclusive high-performing teams, and contribute to business development. Requires strong fundamentals in data concepts, software engineering methodologies, and experience with payroll data integrations; proficient in data analytics tools and platforms; travel within the UK is expected.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a technology / data or business transformation role
- Experience in a similar role within payroll industry or comparable firm (Big 4/global consultancy/financial institution)
- Willingness to travel within the UK (and possibly internationally)
