Job Summary
Senior Associate, Patient Analytics - Remote: Analyze and interpret patient-level claims data to uncover actionable insights for pharma clients; develop patient journey analyses and market landscape studies; design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards tailored to client needs; collaborate with project managers and clients to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks; ensure quality control in data handling and reporting; provide mentorship to junior team members on analytics techniques and best practices. The role emphasizes data analytics, dashboards, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science)
- 3+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a focus on patient analytics and claims data
- Proficiency in Tableau for creating insightful dashboards and visualizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to clients
- Good to Have: Familiarity with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows
