Job Summary
Senior Associate in Partnerships and Corporate Development for Global Banking, focusing on fintech partnerships, market research, cross-functional collaboration (product, technology, controls, legal), and negotiation/structure of partnership agreements to drive strategic growth and execution. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in fintech, corporate development, investment banking, or a related field
- Strong relationship-building with partners and senior stakeholders across product, sales, operations, and technology
- Analytical problem-solving with ability to assess competitive landscape and identify opportunities
- Experience creating business cases, assessing revenue opportunities, risks, and mitigants
- Exceptional financial analysis ability and ability to translate concepts into actionable plans
- Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven experience managing strategic partnerships and corporate development initiatives
- Experience in investment banking or related groups (capital markets, industry coverage, M&A)
